Was ist KiWaFit?

What is KiWaFit?

KiWaFit is a 60 minute workout consisting of strength and endurance training. Your child is integrated in the workout through songs, rhymes, and games while lying safely in their stroller. You can concentrate on the aerobic and strength training exercises while your child is conveniently cared for by the best person possible – you. KiWaFit will help you to get away from your daily routine of motherhood while strengthening your body and your connection to your child.

Benefits for you
As a mother, you are an expert on time management. With KiWaFit you can efficiently and effectively use your time to achieve your personal and family goals without the need for a babysitter or day care. You can also concentrate on yourself and your workout with a peace of mind knowing your child is safe and well cared for. You can take a break for any reason (feeding, changing, or to cuddle) anytime during the training. Although the health and fitness aspects of KiWaFit are the reason you come, one additional reason why you’ll keep coming back is the social contact to other mothers. The atmosphere around KiWaFit is ideal for making new friends, sharing parenting experiences, socializing babies and connecting around common interests.

Benefits for your child
Your child will be part of a development experience, complete with sound, touch and visual stimulation. Your child will take part in special learning games and human interaction to enhance bonding and cognitive development. As a result your child will learn to recognize exercise as a positive and natural occurrence in life.
